It is ideal with fresh fruit, as a drizzle on skyr or as topping on desserts with Winterspring sorbets. Our gluten-free oats are roasted in a natural dark maple syrup from the Canadian forests and a little coconut oil to achieve a nutty flavor and crunchy crispness.

Winterspring granola is produced in Denmark at Aurion, a renowned miller who has worked with old Nordic grains since the 1970s. The oats we use come from a small group of Danish biodynamic growers.
